Dramatic Mural in the Bedroom
One of my favorite things in my abode is the "over the top" wall mural in the master bedroom. It is a picture Ryan or I took (the jury is still out as we often share the camera during our travels) printed on self adhesive vinyl. Believe me, it was not easy to install. I enlisted the help of my family and spent several hours painstakingly matching up the design on the panels, because once the panel is up there is no way back! To complete the room I selected the upholstered bed; the platform lifts up, it has storage inside, it's fabulous ( link here ). We spruced up our existing dressers from Room&Board ( link here ) with new hardware from Anthropologie , added simple table lamps ( link here ) which visually do not detract from the fore-mentioned over the top mural, and incorporated patterned bedding ( link here ).
